mdobe began with a practical idea: help an agent explain clearly while the client follows along. A conversation should not get lost between a screen, a link, and a list of things to do afterward.
That is why the essentials stay close: show the right window, invite the client, pause when needed, keep private notes, and make time for the next meeting. Setter mode adds a supervisor when support would help, with the client’s permission.
The goal is a tool that takes care of the agent’s workflow while respecting the person on the other side of the screen.
