    Present clearly.

    1. Choose Share my screen and confirm which window, tab or screen you want to show.
    2. Copy the link and send it to your client. They do not need an account.
    3. Under Client status you can see when they open the link, when their browser displays your screen and when the page goes into the background. You can turn sound alerts off.
    4. Switch source keeps the same link. Canceling the picker keeps your previous source.
    5. Pause hides your screen and camera from the client. End session closes access.

    Keep this studio open. Closing or reloading the page ends your presentation, and you will need a new link.

    macOS may ask for screen recording permission for your browser. mdobe cannot bypass this authorization.

    Pilot edition for one agent and one client; sessions last up to 90 minutes. Some networks require an additional relay server; check the connection before starting your call. Camera is optional and requires your permission. Pausing hides the screen and camera. Downloadable recordings include the shared screen and agent camera, without audio, up to 20 minutes or 100 MB per file, and require client consent. Download the file before closing. Cloud recording storage and remote control are not included.
