Join the session

Open the link sent for the screen-sharing session you requested. You do not need an account or an app. Keep your phone call with the agent open.

The link no longer works

Ask the agent whether the session has ended or expired. A new session requires a new private link. Do not forward a viewing link to another person.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to the sending number. An opt-out confirmation may follow. Reply HELP for program information. Carrier message and data charges may apply.

For help with a presentation, speak with the agent on your current call. For SMS or privacy support, email admin@littlenuvy.com. Account holders can also open Support in their workspace.

An unexpected invitation

You do not need to open it. Reply STOP to block future program messages and contact support if needed. mdobe does not request passwords, payment details or sensitive identifiers through an SMS invitation.
