Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers SMS invitations from mdobe, formerly LittleNuvy, under the existing littlenuvy messaging brand. It supplements our general privacy information.

Information used to send an invitation

The agent enters the client's mobile number for one requested screen-sharing invitation. mdobe sends that number, the invitation text and the full private viewing link to Twilio for delivery. Twilio and mobile carriers process this information to route, protect and deliver the message under their own retention practices.

Do not put medical records, financial details, government identifiers or other sensitive information into SMS invitations. mdobe uses a fixed invitation template rather than a free-text marketing composer.

Consent records

The agent confirms that the client gave permission during the call for this one message. mdobe records the signed-in agent, session identifier, confirmation time, script version, a hash of the destination number and the provider message reference when available.

This record is the agent's attestation. It is not an audio recording, a client signature or independent proof of what was spoken. mdobe does not record the phone call through this SMS feature.

Consent records do not contain the plain-text phone number or the private viewing link. Hashed identifiers are pseudonymized data, not a promise of anonymity. Each record expires after 730 days; expired records are deleted during subsequent invitation processing. Short-lived dispatch records are cleaned up after 24 hours during invitation processing. Records are used for delivery integrity and messaging compliance, not as permission for future texts.

No marketing disclosure

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent confirmations are not provided to affiliates for promotional campaigns. Delivery providers receive only the information needed to provide and protect the service.

Your choices

Text messaging is optional. Ask the agent for another way to receive the link. Reply STOP to stop future texts from the program or HELP for SMS assistance.
