SMS invitations are awaiting activation. A published policy does not mean messaging is already approved or available.
Program
mdobe, formerly LittleNuvy, uses the existing littlenuvy messaging brand. The SMS program is limited to one requested invitation to view a live screen-sharing session. It does not send marketing, insurance offers, sales follow-ups or recurring promotional texts.
Your choice
Before an invitation, the agent asks permission during the current call, using the published consent script. The agent must receive an affirmative response and confirm it in mdobe before sending. Each new invitation requires fresh permission. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize sending.
SMS is optional. You do not need to sign a document, create a mdobe account or purchase anything to view the session. You can ask the agent for another way to receive the link.
Frequency and charges
One message is sent for each invitation you authorize. A message may contain multiple SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines any charges to you. Delivery is subject to service availability and usage limits. An agent's shared-sender allowance, when activated, is shown in the studio.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to opt out of mdobe text messages. A single opt-out confirmation may follow. Further invitations remain blocked by the messaging provider unless you opt back in using its supported process.
Reply HELP for SMS assistance. You can also contact admin@littlenuvy.com or read SMS help. For help with the presentation itself, speak with the agent on your current call.
Delivery and private links
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sending or provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery, opening or video playback.
The invitation contains a private session access key. Share it only with the intended participant. Sessions can end or expire; the link is not a permanent meeting room.
